London isn t short on pop up s but last weekend i went to one of my favourites yet. They ll be appearing alongside classics like the hot g t and the steaming reverse martini as well as low and no alcohol options for those who want to stay both warm and dry. After sell out success last year hot gin pioneers sipsmith and ham yard hotel are thrilled to announce the return of hot gin roof this time with a dramatic treat for the gin loving senses. Not only was gin first sipped hot but it was heated using a red hot poker straight from the fire.
