Infinity P163 Wall Mount

I used this to put my 2 bookshelf speakers on the wall infinity primus p163. One would expect the familial infinity primus characteristics very bright limited dynamic range and sudden harshness and compression at the extremes but despite it s obviously similar look this is something new. The most striking aspect of the p163 is that it is very analytical. Infinity a subdivision of harman also makes speakers of all sorts including the infinity primus 163 bookshelf speaker.

I likely have at least a few more weeks to wait for that one. It may be an overkill for smaller speakers but the ones that i bought were about 15x8x11 in dimension and weighed about 16pounds. A successor of the primus 162 the 163 is a slightly better designed version of its predecessor. The p163 does not sound at all like the primus 150.

The mount and bracket is sturdy and has a sleek finish. I ordered a p153 recently 5 more than the lowest price i saw for the p143. The huge p163 s take up a lot of space on the shelf while the p143 s could be wall hangers.
